  1. Frequently asked questions

    When will my order ship?

It will normally take between 3 and 5 working days to process your order and ship. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier service and tracked where available. Please allow a further 3 to 5 days for delivery following despatch confirmation. International shipping may take longer.

    What are the delivery costs?

For smaller paintings, prints and other products, the shipping costs are calculated during the online checkout process and will be confirmed prior to order placement.

For larger items, I will promptly contact you with a quote for delivery costs, once you have placed your order. If those shipping costs are unacceptable then I would be happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. If you prefer, you can contact me prior to placing the order and I would be happy to provide a quote for the shipping costs. Once delivery costs have been agreed, I will arrange for shipping.

    Can I collect items?

Yes. If you would like to collect your items, you can do so for free by selecting collection in the Shopping Cart.

    Can items be shipped internationally?

Yes. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK, however Giclee prints are drop shipped by The PrintSpace locally in the USA and Germany so don’t (at time of writing!) incur those extras.

How will I know when my item is shipped?

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.   If you have any concerns regarding shipping, feel free to contact me.

Can I try a painting before I purchase it?

Yes. It is important that the painting that you purchase is right for you. You are welcome to collect a painting and try it in your home or other space to make sure that you love it! If you are local to Great Stukeley, I can also deliver to you.

    Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, I am always happy to discuss payment in instalments. Where we have agreed that payments may be made in instalments, we will agree the dates and values of each instalment in advance in writing. Any shipping costs will be added to the first instalment. Upon payment of the first instalment, I will deliver the items to you. You will own the item once all payments have been made. If you fail to pay any of the instalment then, if requested, you will need to return the items. I will then refund any advance payments, provided that the items are not damaged. If the items are damaged, then the full price of the painting will become due.

    Can items be returned?

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days (10 days if you are buying as a business), are unused and are in the original packaging (unless that packaging is damaged in which case the items should be packed in a manner that will ensure they are safely shipped back to me). Prior to returning any items, please contact me at angie@fuz2.com so that we can discuss any issues and hopefully find a solution.

If the items are not damaged or incorrect but you decide that you no longer want them, then I accept returns as long as you email me within 14 days of receiving the items and then return the items in their original packaging within 14 days following the date of your email. Following receipt of the item, I will refund the price for the item (but not the shipping costs). I can only provide a refund if the items are undamaged upon their return.

Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card or account which you used to purchase the items. Nothing affects your statutory rights.

    Do you frame paintings/prints?

Some of my original paintings are framed by a professional framer. If this is the case, this will be explained in the description of the painting in my online shop. Some paintings I have framed from ‘off-the-shelf’ suppliers, otherwise I do not frame paintings or prints myself because I am not a professional framer and I’m better at painting! I can recommend both online and local (to me) framers if needed.
