Description
Phosphene – I had one of those days when I had to go back to bed. I felt a bit sick, a bit meh and got those stare-y eyes when I woke up (have you had that happen to you – when you can’t help but look off into the ‘middle distance’), and that when you do close your eyes you see bursts of colour that slowly shrink and fade. On this day the big ones started red and orange with a green halo and slowly shrank – well this is my painting of one of them! A phosphene!
30 x 30 cm (approx. 12 x 12 inches) Acrylic on canvas board.
Photographed in natural light. Colours may look a bit different in real life, but have done my best to visually colour match!
Painting is UNFRAMED.
