This series explores the tender edges of connection — where one form leans into another, not to merge, but to rest in closeness. Each work balances strength and softness: a bold field of colour brushes against another, their boundary both a line of separation and a site of intimacy. The simplicity of shape invites the viewer to feel rather than analyse — a gentle nudge, a leaning-in. Nuzzling is about proximity, juxtaposition, and how the application of the paint makes colour on colour texture and alters vibrancy and saturation. The colour pairings speak to, and across the white that separates and divides them.
