Nuzzle – Blush

 

The Nuzzle series are abstract paintings that capture the gentle closeness of forms leaning into one another –  balancing strength and softness where a single field of colour brushes against another, their boundary both a line of separation and a site of intimacy.

Here in Nuzzle – Blush, where rose pink nuzzles a mid grey. The weight of the paint on the canvas and peek of pink in the grey adds texture to a light simple colour conversation in pink and grey.
